While there is another unit on the property, no indoor or outdoor spaces are shared—just the driveway. You’ll feel completely secluded with plenty of distance, trees, and privacy between you and the neighboring home. Step inside to a striking open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area with vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a gas fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked with high-end appliances and everything you need to cook, entertain, or simply unwind in style. The primary bedroom features a king bed, luxury linens, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Just off the main living space is a second bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, perfect for friends or family. A half bath and washer/dryer make longer stays extra convenient. Outside, take in the peaceful surroundings from your private back patio with gas grill or relax in the screened-in porch—an ideal spot for your morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset. Guests have private access to the entire home, including the screened-in porch and back patio. The only shared element is the driveway, which is used by one other unit located in the adjoining house. No indoor or outdoor spaces are shared, and the layout ensures full privacy throughout your stay. Self-check-in is available via smart lock for a smooth and easy arrival. We give our guests plenty of space but are always available if you need anything. We are nearby and ready to help if needed. The home is in a rural wooded area about 8 minutes from downtown Fennville and 15 minutes from downtown Saugatuck. You'll need a car to access the property. A 4-WD will be very useful on country roads in the snow! Please note that this is one of two adjoining homes on the same property. The owner lives in the front "black house" and uses a separate parking area and entrance, and there are no other shared spaces. Also, the home has one full bathroom, which is within the primary bedroom. There is also a half bathroom in the hallway.
