During onboarding, we also assist with setting up pricing tools, direct booking capabilities, payout connections, digital Stay Guides, and operational systems designed to support smoother day-to-day management. We coordinate introductions with your cleaners and local vendors to help ensure communication and operational expectations are aligned from the start.
The onboarding fee covers the time, setup, optimization, and operational configuration required to successfully transition the property into the VCoHost system.

I already have an Airbnb listing. Will VCoHost use my existing accounts?

What standards must a property meet to work with VCoHost?

Properties should be fully furnished, professionally presented, well maintained, and aligned with the level of guest experience VCoHost is designed to support. Homes should also include appropriate safety devices and equipment, including functioning smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, and other required safety features.
Properties must comply with all applicable local laws, licensing requirements, and short-term rental regulations. Homeowners are also expected to have responsive on-the-ground contacts in place — including cleaners, maintenance professionals, and a primary local contact who can assist if property-specific issues or emergencies arise that cannot be resolved remotely.
During onboarding, we’ll review the property setup and provide recommendations to help position the home for long-term operational success.

How quickly can my property go live?
