The first bedroom has a king bed and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, shared with the rest of the house. The second bedroom also has a king bed and offers additional privacy with an en-suite bathroom, making it a great option for couples or those seeking a peaceful retreat.

Step through the back living area to discover the expansive, covered back porch, perfect for al fresco dining or lounging in nature. Beyond the porch, you’ll find a grill for cookouts, a private hot tub for evening soaks, and a cozy gas fire pit for late-night chats under the stars.

Guests will have access to 3 private parking spaces, including one space in the garage. You'll also be able to explore the local area using the two provided bicycles. The area is best explored by car. We also have public transportation called the Interurban that will pick you and drop you off wherever you want to go for just $1!

As part of your reservation, you’ll be asked to sign a standard liability waiver covering use of the hot tub and any recreational amenities. This ensures all guests understand and accept the safety guidelines and risks involved. Please be sure to complete this before your arrival so we can confirm your reservation.
