Stylish Farmhouse w/ Huge Backyard

This charming, quaint home has been lovingly renovated, comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated. The outdoor space is an ever-evolving, wonderful space where you can relax on the patio or keep warm by the campfire. This is an ideal space for a romantic getaway, family vacation or a beer tasting weekend with friends! You will have full and private access to the entire property during your stay.

Both bedrooms are equipped with plush King beds and blackout blinds to ensure a comfortable night’s sleep. The living room can serve as a third sleeping area, as the sofabed has a full-sized and very comfortable memory foam mattress. There is also a pack-n-play available in case you are bringing an infant.

The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to cook up delicious meals, including the basics like cooking oil, salt & pepper. The adjacent dining table seats 4 and can be extended to seat 6.

Outside on the back porch, you’ll find shaded cafe and lounge seating, with a gas grill and picnic table just steps below on the patio. Here is where we almost always dine, relax and entertain in the summer months. Spend the evening cooking dinner or relaxing and playing board games under the stars!

Just off the patio is the outdoor living room with comfortable lounge seating. Beyond that, you’ll find a fire pit with 4 Adirondacks and a fully-fenced in back yard. The property itself is very private, with almost a full acre of land.

For entertainment, there are board games, puzzles, a record player and more. There is a 50-in smart TV in the living room, as well as a 42-in smart TV in both bedrooms, all equipped to stream all your favorites.

If you leave the property to explore the local area, you'll find fabulous restaurants and abundant activities all around. We'll be happy to recommend our favorites!

Our house is located in the city limits of Saugatuck, Michigan. Once you arrive, you'll pull into the roundabout driveway with parking for plenty of vehicles. You will have full and private access to the entire property during your stay.

The house has a keypad on the front door, and we’ll send you the code just before your stay. Should you have questions or encounter any issues, we will be available to respond quickly.

With a beautiful waterfront, incredible restaurants, and dozens of attractions, Saugatuck/Douglas is the gem of Southwest Michigan. Conveniently located less than a mile from the Saugatuck waterfront, our house is on a large lot on a quiet residential street. Although this street has no sidewalks, you'll see dozens of people and dogs walking and riding bicycles by each day.

Once you arrive, we have ample parking spaces on the property. Since the house is less than a mile from the Saugatuck waterfront, the best way to get around town is by foot or bicycle, especially in summertime when "downtown" parking can be difficult. There is also a local bus service called the Interurban where you can get anywhere in Saugatuck/Douglas for $1!

The property is dog-friendly and has a fully fenced-in back yard. You're welcome to bring up to two well-behaved, house-trained dogs along, but please let us know when booking if your pet(s) will be joining you.

So that we can continue welcoming dogs to the house, we ask that you please wipe their paws before entering, keep them off furniture, pick up after them, and do not leave them at the house unattended.

Please note that a mandatory 5% community tourism fee is added to each reservation to support local tourism efforts.

Maple's Manor is a newly renovated and artfully decorated home on a spacious private lot in the city limits of Saugatuck. This one-story house has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and includes all the amenities you could want for a comfortable stay. We have several areas around the property to enjoy year round. Experience Saugatuck at its finest!
